Short Description | Developed the framework for independent third-party monitoring to enable an assessment of the Programme’s effectiveness / impacts. The tasks delivered include: development of a comprehensive M&E framework/plan including the log frame, M&E plan /manual, monitoring framework and tools as well as VFM strategy; comprehensive baseline study of corruption in Nigeria; rigorous analysis to provide better understanding of the “essential truths” on governance in Nigeria; capacity development workshop for implementing partners on ACORN’s M&E framework and VFM Strategy; workshop for implementing partners to develop a better understanding and ownership of the programme outcome; M&E Workshop for implementing partners to understand the requirements for developing their own individual M&E frameworks and theories of change that would fit into the M&E framework and TOC
