Ms. Oluwatosin is a skilled research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) professional with almost 20 years of experience in the international development sector. Acting in various roles, she has applied her skills to, among other things, analyse complex data; manage knowledge; disseminate evidence; and conduct advocacy for improvements in programme implementation towards positive outcomes for the lives of beneficiaries. She is a highly versatile individual with strong communication and organization skills; and passionate about development issues particularly those relating to gender, governance, health, education and the sustainable environment. In her spare time, she enjoys mentoring younger generations of Nigerian M&E professionals. She is a member of several professional bodies including European Evaluation Society (EES), Africa Evaluation Association (AfrEA), and Project Management Institute, USA.
