The National Assembly Library Trust Fund (NALTF) engaged Preston to provide stakeholder management services aimed at identifying its key stakeholders and defining effective strategies for engaging with them. The assignment involves identifying and mapping relevant stakeholders, determining the nature and extent of consultations required for each stakeholder group, and selecting appropriate tools and mechanisms for conducting these consultations. It also includes analysing the mandates and power dynamics among the stakeholders, developing a comprehensive stakeholder management and communication plan, and establishing indicators to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder communication. Additionally, the assignment requires recommending suitable mechanisms for fostering effective collaboration among the stakeholders. |
