Short Description | Developed a guideline for the effective and efficient management of parastatals pension. It analysed the operational procedures/guidelines and developed an effective business process for it. The Business Process Manual was designed using up-to-date business process management and SOPs’ reference materials that is inclusive of international best practices on pension administration. Qualitative research methodology was employed, relying mainly on primary information obtained through interactions with key officers of the Department. |
