Assessed the demand for the capacity building and training programmes, the number of courses, the number of participants and the number of graduates needed by the labour market in the areas of Procurement, Environment and Social standards. The goal was to inform the programming of the Project which aimed to build sustainable capacity in Nigeria in the three (3) field through the funding of Centres of Excellence at Federal Nigerian Universities, thereby addressing the inadequate professional capacity in these fields.
