Short Description | Developed a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Framework/Plan which included development of the log frame, Monitoring and Evaluation plan, monitoring framework/tools and VFM strategy. The team reviewed existing programme documents to understand the proposed objectives, design and implementation of Anti-Corruption in Nigeria (ACORN). There were very active consultations with the project team prior to the delivery of each product to ensure that they were all aligned to the expected objectives and behaviour changes. Lastly, there was on-the-job mentoring-focused capacity development. |
