Emmanuel is a multi-sector, multi-program evaluation specialist with a background medical degree of over 23 years post qualification and over 19 years work experience in Public Health. Specific health experience ranges from general clinical consultation, malaria, reproductive health (including family planning), HIV/AIDS/TB, child welfare/immunization and nutrition. He has been involved in monitoring and evaluation, logistic management information system and program management. Emmanuel has postgraduate residency training for 6 years in public health with a sound research background and a PhD in Public health (epidemiology). His sector experience covers both government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) through active involvement in performance review, management information system and evaluation of health, education, adolescent and sexual reproductive health, child protection, gender, voice and accountability, and private sector development/M4P projects.
He is team leader that has successfully coordinated multi-cultural teams as part of senior management team on various projects towards the achievement of organizational goals and objectives through the application of theory of change. Emmanuel demonstrates excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills and at various times and has acquired USAID, FCDO, World Bank, Global fund, UN and Gates Foundation experience.
