Emmanuel has over two decades’ work experience in monitoring and evaluation, logistic management, information system and general programme management. He has acquired a sound research background and has a PhD in Public health. His passion, strength and core competency is in programme design and management, monitoring and evaluation, and operational research. He is an effective team leader that has successfully coordinated multi-cultural teams as part of senior management team on various projects towards the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Emmanuel demonstrates excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills and at various times has worked on USAID, DFID, World Bank and Global fund projects.
