Research and M&E Expert

Sam is a Research and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert with experience spanning over two decades. He is an expert in project and programme M&E; impact assessments; participatory methods; Strategy and Research; budgeting and financial management at the local government level; public expenditure monitoring and tracking; interacting with a wide range of audience including top government officials; implementing capacity building activities; as well as planning and conducting surveys. He has planned and executed over 20 socio-economic surveys in Nigeria. Sam has consulted for a wide range of government and international organizations and firms including: International Consulting Expertise, Brussels; World Bank funded-NEWMAP; Water Aid; JDPC; ECORYS; UK/FCDO; FADAMA III; UNDP; Women and Minorities Rights Concern; and EU. He is a member of Africa Heritage Institution, Nigeria Association of Agricultural Economists and African Association of Agricultural Economists.
