Christian has a proven track record of delivering development results through advocacy and influence, and through delivery of programmes and projects with exceptional experience in monitoring and evaluation, and with a strong focus on evidence-based approaches. He has expertise in community and governance programmes and projects where he has led in the development and establishment of systematic procedures for monitoring and evaluation. He is also experienced in establishing the process of collection, collation, research analysis and reporting of data tracked by supported programmes; and periodically verifying the correctness, accuracy and consistency of programmes’ progress markers (indicators). Christian has extensive experience in building cross-cultural relationships and an excellent record of performance management for large, multi-disciplinary teams. He has worked for UKAID, USAID, EU, BMZ and UN funded programmes. He is experienced making matrix management systems work, in building linkages across boundaries, in forging effective teams, and thrives on learning, change and innovation.
