Odinakachi Nwachukwu is a multi-faceted high-flying professional with over 12 years’ of experience in Policy Development, Research, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation and Financial Management with extensive experience spanning across the private, not-for-profit and public sectors.

She is a Certified Knowledge Manager, a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

She began her career with an investment bank as a research analyst where she was involved in providing advisory services to the companies. She is a resourceful and innovative project manager with several years of experience in consistently translating project objectives into results.

She has managed Infrastructure, Agricultural, Pension, Trade and Socio-economic development projects. She has worked in several multicultural organizations and provided consultancy services to international development institutions such as USAID, DFID, and World Bank, among others. She also has extensive experience in the private and public sectors.

Odinakachi developed the Public Sector Performance Index project, the foremost comprehensive home-grown performance measure for the public sector institutions in Nigeria where she interfaced with Government Stakeholders at the top most level.

She is a strategic adviser and currently sits on the Board of several organisations.

She is the Founder of Regal Educational and Leadership Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that empowers young learners with skills that will make them globally competitive in the areas of financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.
