Nancy has extensive public sector reform experience from working with various government institutions at both federal and state levels, as well as international agencies. She has built wide-ranging experience in initiating, designing, implementing and managing projects which result in improved performance of public service institutions. She has comprehensive experience in organizational development (institutional assessments, functional reviews, skills gap assessments etc); strategic plan developments and reviews; stakeholder mapping and analysis; researching various subject areas; carrying out document reviews, and report writing.
Nancy’s experience includes technical advisory roles to senior government officials both at federal and state levels. These have developed and strengthened critical understanding of operations and administration of the Nigerian public sector. She is also highly skilled in identifying opportunities to build and strengthen partnerships between the donor communities and government agencies including negotiating donor support for government programmes; and working with donor funded projects. She is experienced in engaging with partners ensuring their cooperation and participation in project implementation.
