Philip is an Economist with over two decades experience in the University as an economics lecturer, administrator, researcher and consultant. He obtained his first degree in economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka as well as master’s degree and  law degrees from Abia State University. He holds a doctorate degree in economics from the University of Port-Harcourt. Philip has in-depth knowledge and understanding of econometrics, macro-economic modelling and data analysis. Using various econometric softwares  and packages, he has provided consulting services to various national and international organizations. As an economic policy expert at Preston Consults, Philip is in charge of data collection, analysis of policies and projection of outcomes, advising governments, businesses and Individuals and recommending solutions to economic problems.
